The people who work at Village Vision are truly amazing! I have been going there for 5+ years, and honestly have never had a complaint! The experience has always been wonderful, and today I brought my 8 year old son and I couldn’t be happier! My son thinks he doesn’t need glasses, and he truly does. They took the time to explain his issue, and show him the difference between the two. The doctor was so incredibly patient with him, but made SURE he understood the importance of his eye care. I just want to say thank you for always taking amazing care of me, and now my family! ❤️

Dr. Jacob's office is all around extremely professional. The staff is very kind and easy to work with. I am really impressed with the advanced technology they have to run their scans. Highly recommend this office for your eye appointments! I love it so much I drive from Irving to see her!

Such an amazing staff, from front desk to the doctors themselves. My visit was quick but much more thorough than my previous eye doctor. They have an amazing frame selection and every member of the staff is personable and knowledgeable. They even offered a discount on my frames to help with what insurance didn’t cover! Highly highly recommend this business if you are looking for quality eye care.

Without exception, everyone in this office was personable, friendly, and above all - helpful. I had so many questions and they answered them all - happily. I’m sure they hear the same questions every single day, but they took their time to fully explain and made sure I understood my eye health and eye care options. Called same day for an emergency appointment and was given a 2:45 appointment time. Received a call saying they had a cancellation so was able to get in earlier. Loved this as I was miserable. Was able to fill out all paperwork on line making things to go must faster. I loved the Dr. She was so thoughtful and thorough. The entire staff seemed to flawlessly work together in harmony! I truly felt that I was given undivided attention. I have found a new vision center for my future visits. And with getting samples in office I was able to get immediate relief, while waiting on the Pharmcy to fill my prescription ( which at this time I’m still waiting). Thank you so much for a very good experience today.

My 4yo was in great hands at this office. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Appointment was very thorough. I was really nervous about my child’s first eye doctor visit but the optometrist and her staff made her feel comfortable during the entire visit and I also felt like they were so thorough. Would recommend for anyone and would also visit again!!

This was a great experience. Dr Jacob and the whole staff was very nice, made it a great fun and comfortable experience. I’d recommend this eye office to all my friends. They even made my son comfortable and he was a bit scared.

I found the first time experience great in every way. The technician that performed initial testing was pleasant and explained everything in the right amount of detail. The optometrist gave me 100% of her attention, and explained the results of the tests and her examination in thorough detail. Inwer felt rushed or that I was asking too many questions. I am always able to get an apt super quick. I love that they will double book us and get my 2 kids done at the same time for their annual vision screenings. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I would definitely recommend Village Vision Centre to my family and colleagues because every encounter I had with the staff was very professional. We connected on a human level and conversed as if we had known each other for ages,like friends catching up over coffee,well here it was catching up over eyes 👀😂. Iam not a very funny person but they were laughing at my jokes, that’s a bonus!
On a serious note,they took their time to explain everything at every stage, there was no rush and I came out knowing more about my eyes than I did in my science class at school. I seriously wish they were my GP too!

The other staff, whose names I don’t remember, were very encouraging and helped me picked the best frame for my face shape. Juan even ordered a custom pair for me. I had a great experience at Village Vision! I was greeted by everyone in the office and felt like I was a celebrity. When I arrived, Dr. Jacob was with another patient but the wait time was less then 5 min all together. So let me break that down, I waited maybe 2 minutes before I went back with staff to do the testing and prerequisites for my visit. I waited for Dr.Jacob in her exam room for 3 minutes because I had a question and needed clarification on the test which delayed Dr. Jacob from seeing me. Overall, it was a great experience! Dr. Jacob and her team were so helpful and kind and so attentive to me, I genuinely got one on one attention. Dr. Jacob went over my notes and gave me different options on how to better my vision and helped me chose between contacts and glasses. I definitely will recommend Village Vision and ask for Dr. Jacob!

My experience was amazing. Each individual I interacted was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Phan just sealed the deal for me. She made suggestion that I probably wouldn't have entertained elsewhere. She was very informative and just a pleasant energy. As a new resident of Texas, I won't have to look any further for my optometrist needs. I would highly recommend!!

I took my mother to Village Vision for an eye exam. She had cataracts removed about 2 years ago and she needed a follow up eye exam. The technician was very patient and thorough with my mom . She allowed me to interact and help too. Then Dr Lammert came in and she was wonderful with my mom. She also was so patient and understanding with how she interacted with her. I can only say very positive things about our visit to Village Vision. I would recommend them to anyone needing a thorough eye exam.

The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the checkout. I don't want to name names and leave someone out but they all took great care of my son and I.
The place is nice and clean and they have a variety of lens to choose from. I am happy to have found a new optometrist for us.

Answered all of my questions, and for the first time in 20 years of eye appointments I left with a complete understanding of my eye health and what all I need.

I’ve been coming to Village Vision for about 9 or 10 years now, since I moved to Highland Village, and have always had a good experience. Everyone is friendly & professional. A couple of times I had an issue with a contact lens, and they took care of me a.s.a.p. I highly recommend Village Vision.

Took my daughter here for glasses. They broke in gym class and they were able to get her in quickly for an exam/glasses fitting. She has sensory issues and not always a fan of these appointments. They were friendly and made her very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

My insurance just changed and I had to switch doctors since my previous is out of network, so this was my first visit. Everyone was super nice and helpful and took the time to understand my issues and answer all of my questions.

Everyone was pleasant, kind hearted, caring, and most importantly really wanted to see me get well. I made a follow up appointment and highly recommend Village Vision.

We love Village Vision! My husband and I both get our exams and eyewear here and now our pre-teen daughter is a patient. We wouldn’t want to take her anywhere else. Great staff! My 87 year old mother and I came in for our annual check up. She was in a wheelchair, which presented several challenges with the testing, they were so patient and careful with her. Truly a great bunch!

I’ve had Eyecare pretty much all my life, but I think this was the best exam, and most thorough exam that I’ve had in a long long time. I appreciate the detail and the care with which they checked the health of my eyes and evaluated my vision needs. And they’re close to home, and so that’s a plus for me.

I really appreciated the level of professionalism from all members of the staff at Village Vision Center. I loved the cleanness of the place and all technology they use. I specially liked how Dr Phan spent time to educate me concerning my eye-and general health. She demonstrated great knowledge and was very prompt to answer any questions I had. Great staff and wonderful doctors. Have been coming here ever since I moved and it was originally Welding Eye Care. All the doctors are good and won’t disappoint you. They thoroughly explain everything to you every visit!

Everyone appears well versed to provide great customer service while being up front about your medical needs. No “up-selling” or undisclosed fees are related with this business. This weekend I developed a stye in my eye, and by Tuesday it was so swollen and irritated. I called Tuesday morning and they got me in within the hour. I ended up seeing Dr Nhu Phan. She was the sweetest kindest doctor who took alot of time to explain everything to me. Everyone in the office from the front desk, to the gentleman who checked me out, was very sweet. I have now found our new vision care doctor.

These are the most professional and friendly people that I have met as optometrists. I am so happy that I am going there and they are treating me exactly the way I needed to be treated. I have been to a lot of different doctors over the years and these guys are far and above better!
