Dr. Michelle Conrad’s journey into optometry began at just eight years old, when her first pair of glasses transformed her world from a blur into clarity. Inspired by that life-changing experience, she chose a career dedicated to helping others improve and preserve their vision. A licensed therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist, Dr. Conrad has extensive experience treating ocular pathology and performing minor procedures. What inspired you to become an eye doctor?
“I received my first pair of glasses around eight years old after poor performance academically and realized just how much clearer my world became. The blob I’d pass everyday to school was actually a tree! The optometrist who changed my life with a simple pair of glasses inspired me to help others improve and preserve the most important sense: vision.”
