Dr. Anisha Jacob
Dr. Anisha Jacob is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and is board certified to evaluate glaucoma. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in Chicago and received her doctorate in optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. She completed clinical training with honors at the Williams Chappel Jr. Veterans Hospital, The Atlantic Eye Institute, and the University of Chicago Eye Center. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Texas Optometric Association. She has been practicing in the Illinois and Texas area in numerous eye care settings including medical and retail practices. She offers specialty contact lens fits, low vision exams, and sees children with visual learning differences. Dr. Jacob grew up in Chicago and recently moved to the Dallas area where she now lives with her husband Rony, and sweet Vizsla Ollie. In her free time, she enjoys going on mission trips. She has treated thousands of under-privileged people in Honduras, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Ashlin Naquin
Dr. Naquin is a licensed therapeutic optometrist from Lafayette, Louisiana. Dr. Naquin earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama @ Birmingham School of Optometry. She completed clinical rotations at The Callahan Eye Institute in Birmingham, AL and Storm Eye Clinic at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. During her studies, she developed expertise in managing a variety of eye conditions. Dr. Naquin is a member of the American Optometric Association and Texas Optometric Association.
She offers comprehensive eyecare, contact lens fittings, dry eye management, as well as the diagnosis and management of diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts and red eyes.Outside the clinic, Dr. Naquin enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the vibrant Dallas food scene, staying active through pickleball, pilates and Orangetheory, and
volunteering at her local church.

Dr. Michelle Conrad

Dr. Ashley Chennankara
Dr. Ashley Chennankara, O.D., is a board-certified therapeutic optometrist with glaucoma certification and has over 15 years of experience. A native Texan, she earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry after completing a B.A. in Psychology at Austin College. Her passion for the field of optometry started with an Eli Lily Internship in college where she was able to observe eye care in South India and a busy local practice in Plano. During her graduate training, she completed internships with the VA Hospital in Temple and Waco, Texas as well as Cedar Springs Eye Clinic in South Dallas. She has served in a variety of clinical settings, including Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas and private practices across North Texas. Dr. Chennankara specializes in comprehensive eye care, contact lens fittings, as well as the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, hypertensive and diabetic eye disease, dry eye syndrome, cataracts and macular degeneration. She has also co-managed LASIK, SMILE, and cataract surgeries.
Known for her patient-focused approach, Dr. Chennankara is passionate about educating her patients on their eye health. She holds board certification from the American Board of Optometry and is an active member of the Texas and American Optometric Associations. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.
