These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Village Vision Center. By providing your mobile number and separately choosing to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Village Vision Center may send text messages related to appointment requests, scheduling, reminders, changes or cancellations, customer-care conversations, responses to inquiries, service follow-up, and other communications covered by the consent you provided. We do not use this program for unsolicited cold outreach.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care, purchasing goods or services, or submitting an appointment request. You may choose not to receive texts and contact us by phone or another available method.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, inquiries, and interactions with Village Vision Center. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Village Vision Center text message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. We will not send additional messages covered by that consent unless you later provide new consent.
Help
For help, reply HELP or call Village Vision Center at 972-317-3888. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please notify us so that messages are not sent to the wrong person.
Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
